Did this happen to you? Very much agree with you on the mixed media point. There are some issues that surround this, post planned soon, but still, I think we are all eagerly awaiting the next generation of creativity. I'm really enjoying reading on my iTouch, and beginning to believe the 'iPod moment' is upon us as those who think of screens as destroyers of books take a look and say, "Hmm.. that's not so bad." And all the pinching and pulling of text makes it a very tactile experience. But now I want to see e-books that mix media in previously impossible ways. Thanks for this overview, Michael. A colleague of mine had one of the E-Ink devices (forget which one) and I could actually read on it - off my LCD's gives far too much glare to be comfortable... Interesting points.
